All monthly service fees are non-refundable except as provided in this policy. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.

You may cancel your services at any time by contacting us. No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle. However, we may consider a partial refund in extraordinary circumstances at our discretion.

If we cancel your services due to a breach of terms, no refund will be provided. If we discontinue a service entirely, we will offer a pro-rata refund for any prepaid but unused portion.

One-time setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before any work begins, the setup fee may be refunded in full.

For project-based services, refunds are not available after work has begun. We may offer a refund if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon scope, subject to a review of the circumstances.

If a service outage or interruption prevents you from using our services for an extended period, you may request a credit or partial refund. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of the issue. We will attempt to resolve the problem. If resolution is not possible, we may offer a refund for the most recent month, at our discretion.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Any applicable taxes included in the original payment are non-refundable unless required by law. Refund amounts will be net of taxes.

Services purchased under a promotional or discounted rate may be subject to different refund terms as indicated at the time of purchase. Generally, refunds will be based on the actual amount paid.

If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company, we reserve the right to dispute it and may suspend your services. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues.

Fees paid for services already rendered are non-refundable. This includes any past months of subscription where the service was provided as agreed.
